All bookings are secured by a non-refundable deposit via a credit or debit card, in providing these details you authorise us to charge any outstanding accounts to this card.
In the event that you cancel your booking we will endeavour to re-let your room, if however we cannot re-let your booked dates you will be liable for the cost, with this in mind we recommend you consider holiday insurance.
We insist guests do not smoke anywhere inside the building, failure to comply with this request with guests being asked to leave(day or night) without recompense and extra charges will be incurred ( max £250.00) to cover damage/ extra cleaning and loss of business.
Damage:should be reported as soon as possible, we reserve the right to charge for damage and loss of business.
Theft:should anything be removed from the premise without permission we reserve the right to charge for the missing items,
(min cost £250.00 - max unlimited).
Charges:any excess charges / unpaid bills will be passed to a debt recovery agent and there charges will be added to the unpaid amount.
Check in/ check out:check in times are between 12 Noonand 16.30pmon day of arrival, check out time is 10am on day of departure(these times may be flexible by prior arrangement) a valid credit or debit card will need to be produced on arrival to be used as security deposit.
Take Aways:guests are asked not to consume food in there rooms as this can lead to marks/odours which are difficult to remove, if this request is ignored we may charge for the extra cleaning costs( min £250.00-max unlimited).
