All bookings are secured with a non-refundable deposit via a credit or debit card, in providing these details you authorise us to charge any outstanding accounts to this card.
Check in / Out:
Check in times are between 1pm and 6.30pm on day of arrival, check out time is 10am on day of departure,
A valid credit/ debit card will need to be produced at check in, to be used as security deposit.
In the event that you cancel your booking we will endeavour to re-let your room, however if we cannot let your rooms for the dates you booked you could be liable for the full cost, with this in mind we recommend you consider holiday insurance for your long stays.
We insist guests do not smoke anywhere in the building, failure to comply could result in guests being asked to leave(day or night) without recompense and extra charges could be incurred (max £250)to cover damage/extra deep cleaning and loss of business.
Take away food:
Guests are asked to not consume food in the rooms as this leads to difficult marks on bedding and towels etc, if this is ignored we may charge for the extra cleaning costs. (min £50 max unlimited).
Any damage should be reported as soon as possible to allow us to repair as necessary and so causing as little disruption as possible to present and future guests, we reserve the right to charge for any damage and loss of business to an unlimited amount.
Should anything be removed from the premises without permission we reserve the right to charge for said missing items. (no min or max)
Any excess charges/unpaid bills will be passed to a debt recovery agent and their charges will be added to the unpaid amount.
